Rocket Capital follows a simple, proven, repeatable system that has allowed our founder Garrett Terrell to build a 7 million dollar personal real estate portfolio at the age of 28. Garrett has had over 6 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been involved in over 300 transactions and follows a simple process of buying deep discounted deals, remodels them, then rents them out and refinances and holds these assets long term. This is called the BRRRR model and Garrett has successfully done this strategy on single family homes all the way up to a 33 unit multi family deal.

Our Process
Acquisition -
Once we have identified a single family or multi family property we would like to move forward with, we put it under contract by depositing earnest money to the seller and start our due diligence process with our home inspectors and contractors. At this time we will gather bids to create the most value with least amount of money.
Renovation -
We are looking to add value to any property we purchase, either through functional rehab like replacing floors, doors, trim, cabinets, countertops, appliances, paint, landscaping. Or through operational value add like implementing professional property management, billing back tenants for utilities, raising rents, etc.
Stabilization -
Once the rehab is complete, we immediately start the refinance process and get the property appraised. At the time of refinance, all private money investors in the project will be cashed out their original investment and receive their profit in monthly increments or a lump sum at the end of the project.

After rehab is completed, we will stage the property and prep it for tenant showings and/or the sale of the property. Our goal is to get the property rented through 3 different outlets, long term, mid term and short term rental tenants. Utilizing this process allows us to keep our properties almost 100% full all year long
